i thought it would be a little bit bigger for the price. this is going to be a gift for my son so I'm sure he'll still love it.

Wrong item received and not as described. I received an item that does not match the product listing. The colors and overall design are clearly different from what was advertised. The photos in the listing do not represent what I actually received. I contacted customer service three separate times. Each time I was told the issue would be reviewed, and at one point I was even told a refund would be processed. However, I later received an email stating that the item is not eligible for a refund, which completely contradicts what I was previously told. What makes this even more frustrating is that the item I received is significantly cheaper than the product shown in the listing. This is not a matter of preference or minor variation. I paid for a higher-priced item and received a lower-value substitute instead. Refusing a refund in a clear wrong item / not as described situation is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller unless you are prepared to risk receiving a cheaper replacement with no proper resolution.
