stopped working after 2 weeks. have only used this a handful of times over 2 weeks since purchasing. will no longer heat items. have tried unplugging and re starting, used multiple settings. nothing helps. lights all come on, turntable works and it appears as if it is functioning but food does not become hot even after several minutes

This Toshiba Microwave is amazing. It's beautiful, quiet %26 easy to operate. It's fast, has all the functions possible %26 performance is incredible. My parents in their 80's can easily operate. I bought the large model. It does need a sturdy counter space.

it has a clock, yet the clock shuts off when not in use! LOL what is the point of having a clock if I have to open the microwave door to see it, not a great design. it also just randomly beeps for no reason what so ever. we will be sitting out in the living room and all of the sudden the microwave would beep, super annoying! it cooked well, so if you don't want a clock and don't mind random beeping, it is a nice looking microwave that does cook the food the way it should.
