I have been wearing this brand for about 10 years. There are 2 products that seem like they should be the same product. The "Unisex Ric" are $5 cheaper than the "Men's Ric". I ordered 2 pair of "Unisex size 11". Upon arrival, the shoes say "Men's 11 / Women's 12". However, they are slightly smaller than the shoes sold as "Men's 11". I would estimate they are actually "Men's 10.5". It is almost as if they were mis-labeled and the company created the "Unisex" just to get rid of them (Unisex is only available online). I still gave them 5 stars, because I like the shoes, they are the cheapest Slip resistant shoes I have found, and there is always the possibility that the size difference is all in my head (perhaps my feet are bigger now, or my other pair is just stretched out). Anything is possible, and I am keeping the shoes. I will just use a thinner insole.

Great buy. Worth every penny!

10/10! They are virtually waterproof or highly water resistant because of the faux-leather dressing of the shoe; gets clean easily… just need a disinfectant wipe and you're golden. I also live near a lot of red clay (Georgia) which gets all over my shoes and stains the white part of the shoes… not these! Because it's mostly black and wipes easily, dirt comes off quickly and it doesn't stain or look dried out/faded. I actually work in a hospital (which arguably the no-slip design is preferred for spills and puddles….but not for cleanliness since the little openings at the soles trap a lot of debris)…. So I recommend these… they are indeed slip-proof… but if you work in a hospital setting (I work in podiatry and patients toenail clippings are always on the floor) just keep in mind you'll be taking home some gross stuff at the bottom. I leave mine at the door so no issue there but still gross. Great buy! Worth every penny. They also come with super comfy inserts. I'm on my feet all day so this was an unexpected perk. They feel great. Draw backs: 1. Because they are highly water resistant, your feet are definitely gonna sweat!!! Not happy about that at all… I like shoes that breathe but I knew this was a possibility. I needed something that could be sanitized and prevent spread of fungus and viruses from patients (they protect! But your feet will sweat!) 2. They are a bit stiff… including the short tongue… so when driving it presses on my dorsalis pedis artery pretty significantly on my right foot while pressing the gas pedal… so probably not the best to drive with until they are broken in… literally my foot started going to sleep. 3. No way to tighten the shoe. That's fine for me. But for those of you guys that like them tight… or extra loose… you gotta buy em like that… you can't adjust them.
