so today is just my first day trying, so my review is more in regards to the taste and texture and not to the benefits. I was very hesitant about the texture and not sure how i would like it. it was not as bad as i expected. It's like a creamy, thick apple sauce. i found it easiest to just put it in my mouth and swallow. the flavor is good. it tastes like sugar-free mango. its nit a bad flavor just a mild ine with a hint of saltyness from the ocean. I think this will be easy for me to take on a daily basis. i will update my review once i see how a feel after finishing a couple jars

Far better than expected!!!

It tastes like fresh cool sea air (non fish smell or taste at all) and sweet pureed fruit. I got Elderberry. The texture is smooth, and reminds me of a smoothie on a spoon. On a side note, it's better to not drink anything carbonated right after, it was my mistake but the fresh cool sea air essence definitely came out with the burps but not terrible just noted. I was scared to try this for a while, and wish I would have sooner.
