Problem solving

I want to thank Justin on the service desk who was able to untangle a very strange situation. I had purchased a 24 pack of individual servings for Wellness dog food. What was delivered was one single serving, not the expected 24 servings. So basically, I was charged 50.00 for 3 oz of dog food. Additionally, according to my Walmart account info. a repeat order and charge was made for the same ludicrous order of 50.00 for one single serving 3oz., dog food. The computer indicated that the second order wad placed on a day that I had not been on the computer. I had not placed this order. Justin recognized that something had gone wrong with the system and refunded the orders. All too often people want to parrot back computer info and policy without questioning if the action made sense. Justin was able to think independently and cared enough to fix the the charges. The way I decide to continue with a company is how the company handles a problem - Justin made the difference for me, to want to give online ordering with Walmart a second chance.

It doesn't get any better then the petite filets

I have a chihuahua (Cheekia), she is a great dog, a well minded and loving little girl. The only hard time is feeding her!! She is so picky, I have tried all types of food not sparing no expense, just to have her not eat it. But that has changed!!! She loves the Petite Entrees (mini filets)!!! This is number one for us!! You got her to eat where no other ones could!!! Thank you!!'
