Great outdoor grill and fire pit. Quality so so.

I love it. It can absolutely be used both as a grill and a fire pit. Heck you can just have a nice fire going, decide to cook some food, and then stoke up the fire again and sit around it and eat. It's high enough to cook standing up comfortably but ideal sitting down which I think is a bonus over most grills. I hate standing over a hot grill to cook full chicken breasts which take some time. Your feet and shins can fit under the bowl which really warms you up. The build quality has much to be desired. The base unit (legs, fire bowl, main grill grate) are solid enough and seem like they will last a season or two. But the tiered accessories put together to the main unit sloppily. I'd get the insurance.

My friends that night enjoyed drinks and watching the fire. They were surprised by the price and said that I got a really good deal...party success!
