Instructions
Usual adult dosage is 1 or 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a physician or health-care provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store at 25 degrees C (77 degrees F); excursions permitted to 15 - 30 degrees C (59 - 86 degrees F). See USP controlled room temperature. Protect from light and moisture. Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container with a child-resistant closure as defined in the USP/NF. Do not use this product if the inner safety seal under the cap is torn, broken or missing.

Most effective iron supplement
We have been using Ferrex 150 Plus iron supplement for years, and have found it to be the most effective iron supplement. Plus, it is mild on your stomach and has vitamin C added.
