Really surprised by the smoothness

I was really surprised when I made my first cup and had my first sip. I am using a mashing that grinds and brews one cup at a time. It even makes a good espresso. Good drinking coffee, not bitter smooth, and great flavor.

I operate a bed and breakfast and one of the most important parts of the guest experience is the Coffee! I started buying Eight O'clock after trying many other brands. We get compliments on our brew almost very breakfast. It's the most consistent brand of beans we have tried. We had to buy the the 10 pack of 42oz bags because we were going through it so fast!
