it's a bit thinner than others and doesn't stick to the items as well as some other thicker varieties, however I do like the flavor and that it doesn't have as much heat as some others. Best I can add is you have to try a few to find the one that fits your likes. I've even mixed some of this sauce with one that has more heat and it was quite delicious.

Good stuff try it

My whole family loves this stuff. Got started by buying it from the Asian store where you never carried it. Glad to see you finally have it in your stores. But for some reason, you only have a small bottles rarely rarely find anything larger. You also overcharge I can get bigger bottles at a cheaper price at the Asian store. But it's a little further to drive.

Sweet, not heat

Great for using as a dip for potstickers and spring rolls. A bit sweet, not a lot of heat, but perfect for what it is. I like a bit of kikoman ponzu, braggs coconut aminos, a nice toasted sesame oil, they all are a must for complimenting Asian inspired meal flavor profiles. Mix and match how you like. Mae Ploy is great to have on hand, it would be awesome on a teriyaki pineapple anything too.
