I love Junior Mints melted in my hot cocoa.

I have a glass of hot cocoa every morning. I use the individual packages with water and a little powdered creamer and then drop 5 Junior Mints into it to melt with the chocolate. It gives it a lite minty flavor that I greatly enjoy.
