Carving knife that gets the job done

This knife is a quality item that completes my set of knives. I only needed a carving knife to add to my chef's knife, Santoku knife, bread knife, paring knife, and serrated utility knife to make sure I had everything I needed (the set I have also has a sharpening steel and steak knives). I love the look and function of these knives. I should be set for a long, long time.

Great carving knife

If you don't usually use a carving knife until holiday season, this is a great carving knife to get. It's at an affordable price, and you're getting a really well made forged German stainless steel knife. The Carving knife stays nice and sharp, and has a great weight and comfortable handle on this blade.
