These pads are good. They can be used with a pad and if only the pad is wet you can remove and replace with a new pad. Tena underwear will not allow you to use a new pad because the inside of the underwear will tear. The only negative is that they come up high and in the summer if your top doesn't hang low people might be able to see the disposablr underwear
