Great value $ per gram protein (various sources, see ingredients). Good taste that mixes with some things (oatmeal, milk, PB2, pancakes). Doesn't dissolve too well: requires a fair bit of mixing in, and even then is iffy. But, texture and taste are still acceptable to me.
