Looks nice but lacks quality

We purchased 2 of these for our grandsons. Assembly was very easy. Cars look nice. But batteries do not last as long as they should. We follow the recommendations for use and charging. The biggest issue is that one of the cars quit going forward about a week into having it. It goes backwards but not forwards. Will have to contact company about it.
