could be cheaper, but the texture flavor and dosage is great. easy to chew and I pop one with my morning meds during the season for catching the crud and for 2 years i havent been sick. this year i didn't find it on the shelf fast enough and caught someones crud. back on it and stocking a spare bottle in the pantry.

Nature's Bounty is probably not top quality but it is easy to find, easy to take, not overly expensive. I did take all the gummies and do not remember being sick during that time.
