It came a bit wet from the inside so not sure what happened there was it returned or what. But otherwise it works great. Was sick and tired of the dishes and this helps a lot. You can't put anything bigger in there, up to salad plates size. I put utensils, cups, smaller plates, if I can fit one bigger piece then not a lot of room remains for other stuff. I put a bucket and a hose to drain, so I don't have to connect it to any water outlets. I pour water and put the dishwasher tablet and that's it. I would definitely recommend if you don't have room for a regular dishwasher.

My family and I have washed dishes by hand in our home for the past 8 years. It was miserable, time consuming, a waste in water and power. We were excited to find this product, it had everything we were looking for and it turned out to be the best purchase we ever made. I really hope it last a long time because ever since we got it, dishes take only 5 mins to set up and go, saved big time on water and power.. More time with my family, no more misery.
