The cake bakes as expected, although in less time than the box states, but the key is the crust on it is browned and dry to the touch. I used two loaf pans. Lay them on their sides to cool. The cake was wonderfully moist and gone by the end of the day.

I grew up (?70 yr. ago) with your angel food cake mix! I always get rave reviews when serving your angel cake mix. I once made it for our block party potluck and the hoity-toity neighbor lady said her husband loved my angel food cake and asked if I made it from scratch.
