This is a great liquid eyeliner. I'm famously terrible at applying even the easiest of eyeliners, so I was really delighted when this worked so well for me. I'm able to create a very neat and precise line, and it's very fluid and glides on easily. It's also water and smudge proof but easy to remove. I have very hooded eyelids, so other eyeliners always transfer to my upper lids and I have to wipe it off throughout the day. With this, I don't have to worry about that. I finally feel like I can achieve a sleek and polished eyeliner look and I'm really happy about it.

My order was not delivered to my address; I did not receive my order. I contacted Walmart and they issued a refund. The online ordering was easy. The delivery was disappointing because I didn't receive the item, but customer service was great and issued a refund. I marked 3 stars for the quality because I didn't receive the product so I didn't get to try it.
