I use the XL to prevent the occasional too close to the side accident. Absorbent %26 fits our needs. Usually ordered off Amazon but I have severed ties with that site. Saved $$ ordering here.

I bought these to train my puppy to use a potty pad. I used these and they worked great. I spread them all over my bathroom floor. Once she got used to using them, I started making the floor space where the pads were laying smaller. Over days I kept making the area smaller by using fewer pads. It worked for me. I got her narrowed down to one pad. They don't have an offensive smell (to humans). And they're the perfect size. I definitely recommend these to people training a dog.
