When using this product: drowsiness may occur; avoid alcoholic drinks; alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness; be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction to this product occurs. Seek medical help right away. If pregnant or breast-feeding: if breast-feeding: not recommended; if pregnant: ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Put it this way...had to order it three times before I was successful as they were selling out, so I think it is a favorite with plenty of people.....I use one every day to keep a grip on my allergies.....then take a few days off to see how things are...but, as soon as the sneezing starts, I am back on it again....I have some big time allergies and this definitely helps.
