Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read excellent reviews on other sites about this mascara - bottom line, it's just ok. Does it lengthen? A little. Does it add volume? Barely, and only after multiple (think 3-4) coats. Does it get clumpy after more than one coat? Yes. I've never been a huge fan of L'Oreal mascara. In my opinion Revlon is the best drugstore brand.

The old stuff was much better. I hope I can still get it. You should bring it back.

Change in product such a disappointment

I have used this product for decades and I am so sad you decided to change the formula. I went store to store for months buying up the old mascara formula and have now finally ran out. This is such a disappointment. The new formula makes my eyes tear and clumps the lashes together. This had never been the case in the past. My hope is your team will realize their error and bring back the old formula. Until then I am on to find a replacement..,
