Nice amount of colors for the price

I was looking for the largest box of colored pencils I could find, that had the most colors, decent quality, and didn't break the bank. Crayola is consistent with their quality and 150 colors sounded good to me. This box includes the colors of the world collection too. I was surprised though that with 150 colors, there were no metallics in the box. Not even silver and gold. I ended up buying a separate small box of Crayola Metallic colored pencils.

Happy with the colored pencils.

The Crayola Colored Pencil Set, Colors of the world has 150 pencils and 33 of them are colors to make different skin tones as well as hair and eye colors. The set is great for drawing, and I like to underline my favorite verses in different colors when I am journaling in my Bible. The led core is thicker than most pencils so they don't break when sharping. Blending is easy enough, but they don't lay down a lot of color; you will have to go over a few times to achieve the result you are looking for. The 150 set is great for kids and adults alike. (This is Walmart's fault; the box was smashed and 6 pencil tips were broken off. Better packing would have corrected this damage.)
