shipping screw up

I'm satisfied with the nestles quick but for the shipping screwup, when I ordered it a week in advance the first one didn't arrive until two weeks later, and when I thought that I'd not get it I reordered it and even thou I tried to cancel the second order when the first one finally showed up (badly battered) i tried to cancel the second one but five days earlier than told it showed up, well I'm willing to live with the screw up.
