I will never order from this company ever again. The steps came unassembled and it took nearly 2 hours to put together. There were 9 pieces with holes drilled for the screws. On one of the pieces there was a hole that wasn't properly drilled to fit the screw. There were 19 screws and the screwdriver they provided was only about 3" long with a tiny flathead on one end and a phillips on the other end. The only positive thing I can say about the product, is that the wood is high quality and very sturdy. I bought the stairs because my bed is high off the ground and I needed them to help me get on the bed.
