This is my favorite coffee. Perfect balance, no off-flavors. I prefer coffee that is medium-dark, and this is just right. It's good brewed in a pour-over or as an americano in an espresso machine. Aside from ordering direct from Caribou, this is one of the only places that I can find it.

For those who enjoy smooth but powerful medium roast coffee, and grind it fresh, this is a great way to go. I prefer lighter blends, but procure this for guests who like heftier taste, and they LOVE it.
