(1 pack) Simple Mills Chocolate Chip Crunchy Cookies, 5.5 oz.

I originally learned about these cookies with Bobby approved app and gave them a try, the kids loved them! They're light, sweet, not overwhelmingly sweet and simple few ingredients. These cookies are just right, no guilt for giving kids "junk". I love them too :)

I had tried these cookies a few years ago and they had no flavor. I read a good review on them the other day so decided to try them again. They are much improved… . I can taste the dark chocolate chips, and although there should be more of them, at least the flavor is there- also I can taste vanilla, which is very important for all cookies, in my opinion. I immediately ordered another box. You don't get much in a box so you can't just gobble them, but they're the best tasting chocolate chip cookies, (gluten-free with healthier ingredients) that I have found. I know coconut oil is something that has to be eaten sparingly- but I am going to trust (after looking up the recommended amounts per day )that a few of these cookies every other day or so is not going to hurt my cholesterol. I definitely want to keep these on hand -as the choice of gluten-free cookies that have decent ingredients- and that are affordable- is very limited.
