OdoBan Odor Eliminator and Disinfectant cleans, disinfects, sanitizes and deodorizes all pre-cleaned hard, nonporous household surfaces. Eliminates unpleasant odors on washable surfaces such as upholstery, carpets, bedding, showers, walls and floors while leaving a fresh scent. You can use it as an air freshener, mopping solution, laundry refresher, pet odor eliminator and spot treatment. OdoBan is a multipurpose concentrate and it makes up to 32 gallons. This industrial liquid odor eliminator leaves no residue and has a variety of uses. OdoBan eliminates foul odors caused by pets, mildew, smoke, vomit, sewage and urine. Excellent for fire restoration. Also available in lavender fragrance. EPA Registered.

Where can OdoBan be used? On walls, tables, floors, chairs, countertops, bathroom fixture, sinks, shelves, racks, upholstery, drapes, carpets, bedding, shower curtains and mattresses. Directions for use - it is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. How do you apply OdoBan? See use-solution preparation chart for dilutions per gallon of water. Use-Solution Preparation Chart: Application: Deodorizer - Eliminates odors instantly! Air Freshener: 22 oz per gallon of water; Pet Odors: 32 oz per gallon of water; Sewage Backup & Water Damage: 16 oz per gallon of water; Carpets: 8 oz per gallon of water; Cleaning Solution (Large Routine Applications): 4 oz per gallon of water. Sanitizer - kills 99.99% of germs (such as Streptococcus pyogenes (strep) and klebsiella pneumoniae on hard, nonporous, nonfood contact surfaces in 60 seconds) in 60 seconds! Precleaned, Hard and Nonporous Nonfood Contact Surfaces: 5 oz per gallon of water. Disinfectant - Kills common germs (such as Staph, Strep, E. coli 0157:H7, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Listeria monocytogenes, vancomycin resistant Enterococcus faecalis (VREF), methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)) in 10 minutes! Virucidal - kills HIV (aids virus) in 60 seconds! Hard, Nonporous, Precleaned Surfaces: 5 oz per gallon of water. Apply use-solution by thoroughly wetting surfaces as recommended with a: sprayer; sponge; cloth; mop. OdoBan mixes with water to form clear, stable solutions. For sprayer applications, adjust sprayer to coarse spray setting. Apply 6-8 inches from surface. Clean with a brush, sponge or cloth. Do not breathe spray. Prepare a fresh solution daily or when use-solution becomes visibly soiled. Deodorizer Directions: Air Freshener: 22 oz per gallon of water (1:5) or desired concentration will effectively neutralized damp musty odors caused by mildew in storage areas, basements, closets, bathrooms and A/C filters. Effective on smoking and cooking odors (garlic, fish, onions, etc.). Automobile odors from tobacco, musty carpets smell and beverage smells will be eliminated. Laundry: Add 8 oz per load during the final rinse cycle to control laundry malodors, soften and eliminate static cling without damaging fibers. Pet Odors: 32 oz per gallon of water (1:3) for urine, feces and vomit on carpet and upholstery. Clean prior to application then spray onto affected areas. Test hidden area for colorfastness. Allow to dry. Alos effective on pet bedding and litter boxes. Sewage Backup, Water Damage: 16 oz per gallon of water (1:7) or desired concentration to spray over affected areas before and after cleaning and extraction. Allow 10 minutes contact time. Use proper ventilation; open windows. Carpets: 8 oz per gallow of water (1:15) eliminates odors associated with urine, vomit, smoke and mildew. Reapply after cleaning for freshening effects. Allow to dry. Cleaning Solution: 4 oz per gallon of water (1:31) for cleaning kitchen counters, tables, walls, bathrooms, toilet seats, mopping floors and large routine applications. RV Holding Tanks: Toilet Waste: Cover bottom of holding tank with water and add 6 oz. If odors return before time to empty, add 1-2 oz to the tank. Kitchen Waste: 2 oz to gray water tank as needed to control malodors created by dirty dishwasher. Sanitizer Directions: Remove heavy soil, then thoroughly clean surfaces. To sanitize, apply use-solution (5 oz per gallon of water or 1:25) to nonfood contact surfaces as required. Let stand 60 seconds then wipe. Disinfection Directions: Remove heavy soil, then thoroughly clean surfaces. Apply use-solution (5 oz per gallon of water or 1:25) to hard, nonporous surfaces as required. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. Fungicidal Disinfection: At 7 oz per gallon, this product is an effective fungicide against Trichopyton mentagrophytes. Follow disinfection directions. Mold & Mildew Control: To control mold and mildew on hard, nonporous surfaces, wash visible soil from the surface. Then apply use-solution, 5 oz per gallon of water (1:25), with mop, sponge, cloth or trigger spray so as to wet all surfaces thoroughly. Let air dry. Repeat application every 7 days to control recurrence of growth. Virucidal Directions: Follow disinfection directions. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 60 seconds. Kills HIV on precleaned environmental surfaces/objects previously soiled with blood/body fluids, in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) (associated with AIDS). Special instructions for cleaning and decontamination against HIV-1 on surfaces/objects soiled with blood/body fluids. Personal Protection: Clean-up should always be done wearing protective latex gloves, gowns, masks, and eye protection. Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids containing HIV must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces and objects before application of this product. Contact Time: Leave surface wet for 60 seconds. Use a 10-minute contact time for disinfection against all other bacteria (5 oz per gallon of water) and fungi (7 oz per gallon of water) claimed. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood, body fluids, cleaning materials and clothing should be autoclaved and disposed or according to local regulations for infectious waste disposal. Storage and Disposal: Store in areas inaccessible to small children. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer recycling, if available.

Eliminates Odors; No Residue If Diluted Properly

Follow the instructions! This is powerful stuff, very concentrated. You can't just spray it on your rug or whatever as is. But, once diluted, it WORKS, and it doesn't leave things sticky. I read other reviews and opted for Fresh Linen over Eucalyptus, so it wouldn't make the house smell like a gas-station bathroom. There's not much scent overall, but this one is nice enough once dry. Very light. It doesn't have great perfumey fragrances like [famous name], but it's SO cost-effective, and the product absolutely does what it says it will. I wish I'd known about OdoBan years ago and I'll keep getting it. Eventually. It'll be months before I need another bottle.
