I have tried several other vacuums and have not been happy until I purchased this one. It is extremely light weight and easy to use. I have a dog that sheds really bad in the AZ summer and this vacuum is perfect for cleaning my tile, carpet and rugs. It's easy to grab, easy to swap from full vacuum to handheld, and best of all it is so easy to clean! The battery life isn't as long as I'd hoped, but my house is 1700 square feet of tile and carpet and I can clean majority of it on one charge. If I had an extra battery, it would be no problem at all. Highly recommend this product! Great value for the price.

I've had this a couple of months now, and I love it. We are a family of 10, and therefore need to vacuum a lot. This is so easy to use, that my 6 year olds can easily use and maneuver it. Should there ever be an issue, it is SO simple and quick to trouble shoot and be on your way. If I had another story rather than a ranch, I would buy another one for the other level. It's so much more convenient than dragging out something with a cord to clean up a quick mess. Get yourself one!!

Color different from images

I bought about a month ago. It is light weight, easy to use and stores well. I have two issues that bother me. First, the color I purchased, thisle, looked very light pale lavender on the website; however, it is actually a dark lavender. The color on the website was a big motivating factor for picking this particular model/color so that was disappointing. Second, it comes with two attachments but only one has storage located on the base so you have to store it away from the base. Other than these two items, I like it and would recommend for everyday use.
