Broken spoons, difficult return

This are only available from marketplace so they're shipped. They were packed in an envelope but a box and most of them were broken when they arrived. I tried calling customer service but couldn't t get through and ended up chatting. I wanted to return just the broken ones not the whole order. I don't think the person understood me but I finally got a return authorized for the broken ones and headed to my nearest Walmart to do that. After waiting in line for 20 minutes it was confirmed that I could not just return the broken ones. I ended up returning the whole order but my authorization was only for half the order so now I have to go through the whole process again to get the rest of my Money. I won't make this mistake again!
