Miyoko's Creamery Salted European-Style Plant Milk Butter Spread, 8 oz Box, Ready to Use

In spite of the high price, this is the best tasting vegan butter. Delicious on toast, very close to the real thing, and a nice addition in small amounts to vegetables or even to top that steak. A vegan does not feel deprived when using this wonderful butter substitute – worth the high price.

Tried this a few years ago and became hooked right away. It tastes slightly better than butter, the texture is nice, it substitutes easily, it's slightly softer--does not come out of the fridge like a rock (which is why it does not clog your arteries), and brings your cholesterol count way down. The big issue with it is finding it. It's sometimes in Walmart or our local store in the area where you find tofu and micro greens, etc. But is often out of stock. I usually have to go to an overpriced cafe/deli, organic foods store. When I can get it I usually buy 5-6 at a time. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Highly recommend. Try it if you don't believe it.
