Not A Legitimate Braun Product

I believe this is a cheap knockoff of the Braun product. The foil/cutter is extremely painful to use. It does not cut, it only pulls on the hairs. I contacted Braun and they said many of the sellers are selling imitation products, even thought they are in what appears to be Braun packaging (which this was). One of the tells is the low price.

Product looked very much like Braun Serries 7 Electric Shaver Foil and Cutter and actually seemed to fit however it did not work on my shaver. I tried it several times and it did not remover a single hair on my face. I put my old head back on and was able to get a good shave. I need to return this item.
