(12 pack) "JIFFY" Blueberry Muffin Mix, 7 oz Box

Mix one box of the Jiffy Apple Cinnamon Muffin mix with two cups old fashioned oats, one of the little tubs of applesauce you pack in a lunch, two eggs, maybe a half cup of light brown sugar more less to taste and some cinnamon, Bake in a greased 8" cake pan in a preheated 350° oven for about 28 minutes. I also sprinkle more brown sugar and cinnamon on top, that makes a little crust. Excellent breakfast.

I'll start by saying I've been using JIFFY corn muffin mix most of my adult life (my Mom before that.) when I saw the Banana muffin mix, I was thrilled and bought the six pack from Walmart. I brought a box to my daughter's house and a box to my son's, I have one more son who is getting a box. The remaining two are mine! If you're counting, I baked a batch as soon as I got my order. I like to add a small ripe banana, some chopped walnuts to the mix, not necessary to a yummy muffin, just my good idea for me. Also, I use a muffin top pan, so i can freeze some…my freezer is not very big. Flatter size is better for me. The box makes 6 perfect muffins just add an egg %26 ⅓ cup of milk and you're ready to go.
