Still testing.I was presuming that they would last. Twice as long as the 100 micron socks that I have from you. The first one didn't. lasted as long as the 100. ( I have 12 of the 100. I change socks on Tues and Fridays. I'm trying to go a full week while I'm on Vacation. That's why I bought the 200 micron. I also had a down pipe going almost all the way into the sock to quiet the noise. I have shortened that to see if that makes a difference. So waiting For results

I am new to this game. Think I did about every thing wrong. Started out with too many fish, then over fed them. Filter socks really did their job, keeping water clean. Now a month later and washing the bags numerous times, they are still good and doing the job.

I have been a customer for about 7 years. For my first few orders Aquatic Experts did what a good retailer does - takes orders and promptly ships the items I ordered. This made me a happy customer. However I ran into a big problem on my last order, I ordered the wrong size. Of course Aquatic Experts had promptly shipped the ordered (wrong) size. A mistake I did not discover until I needed the product about 6 weeks after I had received the product. I emailed Aquatic Experts thinking as I pressed the send key 'Expect an answer in about a month.' Surprise! Answer came back within an hour with a return authorization for the ordered wrong size and confirmation that the correct was being shipped. I was flabbergasted! I have received the correct size I should have ordered in the first place. All I can say is ' Thank you for being a good reliable company that is a pleasure to deal with!
