Love the cookies - hated the shipping

5 stars for the cookies --- 0 stars for the last shipping. We love the flavor of these cookies. The first time I ordered them, they came in a well packed box with other items and had zero breakage. The second time I ordered them (with other items), they were sent by themselves in a regular non-padded mailing envelope. Some of them were just perfect for a crumbled pie crust! Whoever is in charge of shipping needs some updated training!!!
