These balloons are very nice very high-quality. They are so beautiful. The package came fast and it was put together so neatly. It came with so much. I got exactly as described plus more. I included pictures because these balloons were absolutely wonderful. It did not come with instructions, but if you look up how to set balloons up on YouTube, it can help you. I recommend 10 out of 10. Best balloons for an amazing price. I included pictures but the pictures don't do it justice. Trust me they are very nice! You get so much for so cheap! I would have spent $50 on this kit!
