Yes this is GREAT if you like to cosplay as a JEDI because you can hang this lightsaber off your belt because it has a built-in belt clip to hang this saber off your thin belt (or pants) after you flip the activation switch to fully retract the lightsaber blade. And certainly this is a MUST-HAVE if you are a big older adult kid who is into statwars lightsabers - even if you already collect the more expensive pixel lightsabers - because this TOY lightsaber does what no other commercially bought lightsaber can do: THIS CAN BOTH EXTEND AND RETRACT IT'S LIGHT BLADE AT A FLIP OF ITS ACTIVATION SWITCH. Yes this is a TOY but this is a MUST-HAVE. Yeah, okay, this has a somewhat larger hilt (handle) - but other toy disneyland lightsabers are also a bit large-ish too - and anyways if you noticed in the recent ACOLYTE disneyplus tv show they had lightsabers with larger hilts (handles) also. So I'm looking at this new toy lightsaber as being in line with official starwars canon in terms of size. Also the sound is very much like what you hear if you have cycled through the sound fonts on the more expensive pixel lightsabers -- therefore same difference where the sound is similar to what you hear like in the starwars movies and tvshows. And this comes with a stand to proudly display your new lightsaber - and that to me means I should mod this lightsaber's hilt with a paint/chrome job to really make it look like a prized lightsaber collectible.
