Fantastic! My favorite Lebanese restaurant doesn't carry gluten free pita so I buy these to use instead to make Schwarma wraps. I toasted it in the airfryer for a few minutes to soften it up. I got scared midway through one because it was so good I thought I was eating a regular pita. Fantastic, classic. They don't last long once you open them so you will want to have a ziplock bag or Tupperware storage handy and a plan to eat them within 5 days. Very good.

These only work if you put them in the microwave for 30 seconds. That way they separate enough so you could slice the in and use them as a pita pocket. otherwise they'll fall apart. I think they taste very well but a little on the stiff side with chewing. Other than that I like them as a gluten-free pita pocket and would continue to buy them.
