I use the pencil everyday, I've had them since last year, I think since maybe October, and I haven't ran out of the pre loaded amount of lead in the pencil I've been using. The erasers are ok, they do their job. Now I know I'm not writing a ton, but still. Also, the pencils are very comfortable to hold.
