fantastic product

the product mentions that if you can take it before you experience symptoms that would be best which is true. in my case I was experiencing cyber sickness and it was a very bad case actually strained my eyes pretty bad and it was able to help with a dizziness significantly. if you could take it beforehand you probably would only need to take half of the maximum dosage but in my case where the dizziness is coming on already I need the full dose .
