It adjusts from a level grilling surface for eggs and pancakes to a tilted draining surface for meats. The slide-out tray collects the drippings and removes for easy cleanup. BigGriddle is an efficient go-to for any meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy healthy cooking and easy food handling with the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick surface with backstop ledge. Make up to 12 slices of French toast at one time! The adjustable Control Master® heat control maintains cooking temperatures automatically making it easy to cook perfect grilled sandwiches, burgers, steaks, even fajitas and quesadillas. The griddle is constructed of heavy cast aluminum and features a cool-touch surround on the front and both sides. Easy to clean too, and fully immersible with the heat control removed.

Easy peasy preparing pancakes for 6 people!!!

I purchased one of these griddles for myself and my husband and this griddle made it was so easy to flip the almond flour banana pancakes I make and flipping them in a skillet with the higher sides they were extremely difficult to flip, and would fall apart. They are much harder to flip than regular pancakes. So knowing how our three kids all have families with their own kids that love pancakes, so we got all 3 of them one of these. They all loved this big griddle as much as we did, especially with the larger cooking surface. It's perfect because they can make a lot more pancakes in less time, it's great for each of their families!!!

We are a family of 9 and it's hard to cook enough food for everyone at once on most griddles. This griddle makes it a lot easier because it's so roomy. We use it just about every day for just about everything and it holds quite a bit of food. I like that it sits flat so that scrambled eggs don't run off into the drain, yet it also tilts when you want it to so that bacon drippings aren't making puddles. Non-stick surface is amazing and it cleans up super easily. It's approximately 15" x 19" of cooking space - perfect for my large family!
