Under par in handling of paid products.

The tea itself is amazing, but when it was shipped to me it came by itself in a soft cushion envelope completely smashed. Literally didn't hurt the tea bags, but I wish it could of been shipped in the same box as my other items like two cases of Kleenex with bubble wrap to fill a pickup truck.
