Get the sharpener

This is the second time I've tried this. The tip immediately broke off (again) making it unusable. I didn't have a sharpener to fix that, so I used a pencil sharpener. I whittled away quite a bit of the pencil getting it smooth enough to use. Once I did and tried it, product is wonderful. But I have to order a sharpener (more money) and wait for it to arrive (more time).

no tug gel eye liner

I love IT cosmetics but wish they hadn't changed from the old eyeliner! Love the colors but this one tends to bleed whereas the old formula lasted all day. I also used their brow liner but now they discontinued the universal taupe. This might be the time for checking out other brands that I have used in the past. Please do not fix something that ain't broke!

Too soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know this is supposed to be a gel and a soft gliding type of eyeliner but in my opinion, it was way too soft and when I remove the cap off if it hits the pencil part, it tears it right off because of how soft it is. This happened on day one and it made me annoyed
