Punching Handle is Stiff

Sad to be the first to deliver news. Worse still being the first to deliver bad news. I purchased this product online. It arrived 1 week after the order. Not bad. When it got here, all parts were delivered intact. After assemble, I tried to more the metal handle. It was stiff. I looked over the equipment searching for any obvious abnormality. I saw nothing, but it still could not punch because the punching handle is stiff. I had to request a return.
