I kept it because I didn't want to dismantle the steamer in order to return it. It's ok, but not for the price. I own Rowentas Iron which I highly recommend. Now that is powerful and worth the expense. I was looking for something with the Power of the iron with a faster and easier result. I iron quite a bit so I need something fast and quick. Eventually technology will catch up or I'll hit the lottery and I'll get someone to iron for me.
