Added this to our Ava plates and bowl collection because we like to have smaller bowls for dipping sauces. I'd say the size of these are probably more perfect for desserts and a smaller serving of soup maybe even for yogurts and cereal. They are quite versatile for almost everything when you don't need a regular sized bowl. I love this collection because they dry so quickly after washing and look attractive in my cupboard. I recently wanted a more neutral look in my kitchen and the color of these are stunning. They elevate the look on my dining table and marble counter tops. The gold trim around the bowl is eye catching. It's not a consistent “neat” trim nor is the color of the bowls not without imperfection, but this adds to the character of the look.
