I made a viral protein muffin recipe out of this and it turned out amazing! One bottle of fair life vanilla protein shaken (22g of protein) One of the oikos vanilla yogurt cups Any of the Kodiak muffin mixes. It tasted similar to a pancake! I thought it would be a dry texture with all the protein but it was PERFECT! I have a sweet tooth but need more protein so this will probably be a weekly thing

l make 2 boxes of these muffins every 2 weeks. My husband and I eat them every morning for breakfast. I add about a 1/4 cup of splenda per box because im going to add a few pecan halves in the middle of each muffin. If you add it to the mix the pecans usually end up at the bottom of your mixing bowl. Ive been eating these since I first saw them on the shelf. Please dont stop carrying this brand of muffin. It's great.
