Excellent road trip down nostalgia way!

As an avid Mario 64 fan, this build was a pleasure and brought back great memories of a legendary game! The intricate detail of the 4 worlds is second to none and makes reference to the game. Beautifully colourful and a must for all Mario and Lego fans!

Mystery box surprise

Review from my son aged 13. I was intrigued by this Lego lucky block for a while, but I did not think it would be worth it until I finally went ahead and purchases. The assembly of the outside of the cube was more interesting than you would think, and the mechanism was fun to build. The inside consists of separate kingdoms to build, and you also find a Bowser secret layer, which had a lot of mini easter eggs to spot. Each kingdom was big and had its own secrets. With this set you will not get bored building it. The cube itself was very cool, sturdy and satisfying. Overall, I would recommend this set to someone it was well worth the price and it is nice to display.

Easily my favourite set yet!

I'm a long-time Nintendo / Mario fan, so as soon as I found out Lego was releasing this set, I ordered it at 12:01am the day it became available! This was a very fun build and it's obvious the designers put great thought into the sequence of assembly. It literally feels like you are completing "levels" as you progress, straight through 'til the very last piece. It looks amazing on display and the best part? It's self-contained when you display it as a cube, so it's basically dust proof!
