My experience with Miralax

I take a dose daily and have not been constipated in over two or three years very calm. My doctor told me that it was safe for any age and I put it in water and stir it till it’s dissolved and you can even put it in the fridge for a few minutes. It’s definitely better cold, but you could add that to any drink a highly recommend it for anyone that’s not regulated

If you suffer from chronic constipation this is the product for you. Consult your doctor first. I take 0.2 of and ounces in my coffee everday. It took some time and patience to figure out how much I should take. I would start with a small dose and increase depending on your results.

After a Vet visit because she was straining to potty and after xrays and other test it was determined she was backed up with bowels.I put it in her canned food at dinner.
