Assembly was fairly easy, though you may need a spare hand to hold some pieces together while assembling. The chair is pretty sturdy, surprisingly comfortable and is firm yet soft enough for prolonged periods of sitting. I would recommend for businesses, offices or even everyday consumers that have frequent guests and want them to feel comfortable during their visits.

Bought this for my mom who needed a strong , stable, wide seat chair with arms. This chair had all these requirements and has stood up well so far to her constant use since we bought it in August .

Great for the waiting room at the clinic

The chair is nice and big! My client's enjoy the size and the fact that they don't have to squeeze into it. The only negative I have with it, is there is a slight wobble to the chair due to the leg insertion into the cross bar. Maybe try to reinforce the cross bar so there isn't as much play in it.

The comfort of the chair is good. However the assembly was very tedious. Also some of the holes didn't line up so its missing a bolt.
