Nothing bad to say about the phone its working great. The phone looks brand new. The only thing I would change is the packaging. The box and bag it came in, was not protected. So anything could have happened to the phone during delivery. But thankfully it didn’t

its really bad that i spent $311 on this phone... Beware when you are buying and read review for explanation... 1) I have contacted reebelo about the accessories and phone condition which they said is "good". (screenshot attached) 2) But i got a "fair" condition phone (Screenshot attached) 3) On top the power button is really stuck into the frame and i am unable to press it even... its hard to press it... they didn't even inspected it.. so it is not 100% funtional... 4) The phone camera lenses are for sure replaced which will sure have a impact on inage quality.. Overall i sucessfully wasted my money..

    I probably wouldn't do business with them again as I paid for a open box grade a phone almost 300 and it looks like under a grade a it has a gouge by the right button bunch of scuffs and scrapes by charging port and top left corner which wasn't in the description said light scratches and more then that

    Item not as advertised. Description stated item was in excellent condition but it was full of scratches. Seller Reebelo requested pictures and after reviewing offered $20 off of $350 or was willing to honor the return policy. Three emails and a week of wasted time later I’m returning the item.

    This appeared as a bundle. When we got the phone it only came with the phone! The retailer contacted me telling me it was a technical glitch and we would have to return the phone for refund…. That’s the only option??? I don’t think that’s fair. The point was to get the phone and stuff that came with it for my son. Why would he want to return the phone????? Because THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING

    As soon as it came out of the box and the cell phone turned on, it sent a notification informing that the screen was not original and its installation had been bad... incidentally, a strip seemed to be broken from end to end. If they rebuild a cell phone they should do it with original spare parts....

    The home button does not work. The shipping took six days plus there is a piece of white rubber sticking out of the side by the volume button. It looks like it is some sort of seal. The home button does not work is the biggest issue just plain a lousy phone would not buy from the seller again. Seeking a return. I wonder if they will respond or take care of a speedy return. Do not buy from the seller.

    I would rate this transaction a 0. I have still not received the item purchased even though I have been charged for it. I have spent hours dealing with Walmart, Reebelo, and Fed Ex and none of these individuals will take responsibility nor correct the problem. Fed Ex delivered my package to another house (the delivery picture of my package is of someone else's home). I received another individual's Fed Ex package. My daughter has no phone and I am out over $600. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

    They don’t state there’s no SIM card when purchasing a phone from them. Absolutely ridiculous. All phones should have the card when you purchase them.

    I got the phone quick, but after deciding to return the phone, I’m waiting on my refund, I returned to Walmart, not sure if I should’ve just reached out to seller?!
